Zeeshan welcomes instructions in all areas of Chambers’ civil practice, with a particular focus on road traffic accidents, personal injury, credit hire, landlord and tenant, and contractual disputes. He possesses extensive experience representing clients and handling contested hearings in Court.
Prior to joining King’s Bench Chambers, Zeeshan appeared in more than six hundred hearings both as a County Court Advocate and during his time as a Pupil Barrister. This work covered a wide variety of legal areas, including general civil disputes, property, personal injury, insolvency, and consumer credit matters.
Zeeshan is uniquely positioned as a dual-qualified lawyer, holding rights of audience as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Before coming to the English Bar, he spent over a decade practising within the core commercial and civil dispute resolution team of one of Pakistan’s premier law firms as recognised by the Legal-500.
