Our barristers accept instructions in privately funded and legally aided cases. We also have formal contracts and agreed fee scales in place with many insurance panels and local authorities.
We can offer both an affordable and realistic pricing strategy. In many cases, we will offer fixed fees for our services.
Our fee estimates and fixed fees are based on several factors including the seniority of the barrister, the complexity of the case, estimated preparation required and in ancillary relief matters, the size of the assets involved. If you require a quotation, please contact our Clerks on 01202 250025 or by e-mail at Chambers@kingsbench.co.uk.
We hope you are staying safe and keeping well in these uncertain times.
Here at Kings Bench Chambers we are adhering to the social distancing measures put in place by the Government. Whilst our office is currently closed, there will be no disruption to the service we provide to our Solicitors and lay clients. We are able to accept instructions electronically and appear in Court via the remote connection services currently available. Chambers has been working with Counsel at distance for many years and all Counsel are in a position to receive instructions in this way.
Clerks and Counsel at Kings Bench Chambers are working from home but are available on the usual phone number and e-mail addresses as normal.
