Michael Cameron-Mowat is a barrister with an interest in all forms of civil and family law.
Prior to coming to the bar, Michael spent several years as part of the CPS London Homicide Unit, working on some of the most high-profile murder cases in the country based at the Old Bailey.
During pupillage, Michael undertook mainly criminal work, developing strong advocacy skills in a wide of hearings from trials to Public Interest Immunity applications.
Following pupillage, Michael has expanded into a civil practice and has dealt with a range of hearings including bankruptcy and insolvency hearings, applications to set aside judgments, credit hire litigation, public liability trials and road traffic accidents valued from small claim to fast track
Michael accepts instructions in all aspects of personal injury claims including disputes in credit hire claims.
