Christopher maintains a broad civil practice.
Christopher accepts instructions in personal injury claims and credit hire disputes, appearing in trials involving liability and quantum, and other proceedings. He has experience in claims involving occupiers’ liability, product liability, highway accidents and RTAs. He accepts instructions on behalf of both claimants and defendant insurer clients in RTA and credit hire disputes.
Chris is experienced in consumer law claims, particularly those involving the unfair relationship provisions of the Consumer Credit Act.
In Family Law, Chris accepts instructions in emergency situations involving injunctions.
Prior to his reduced pupillage, at a leading London set, he appeared in Mental Health Tribunal section review hearings on behalf of sectioned individuals under the Mental Health Act and was on the Law Society accredited panel enabling his appointment and instruction in hearings. Also called to the Bar in Ghana, where he developed a civil practice, he undertook national service at the Law Reform Commission.
