Christopher maintains a broad practice with a primary focus on civil matters.
He handles personal injury claims, including occupiers’ liability, product liability, highway accidents and road traffic accidents. He has extensive expertise in credit hire matters and is part of the Chambers credit hire team.
Chris is experienced in financial services claims, particularly those involving the unfair relationship provisions of the Consumer Credit Act.
In Family Law, he accepts instructions in emergency situations involving non injunctions.
Christopher undertook a reduced pupillage at a leading London set. Before coming to the Bar, his advocacy practice, included appearing before the Mental Health Tribunal at section review hearings representing sectioned individuals in challenges to section decisions and was on the panel of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme. Also called to the Bar in Ghana, where he developed a civil practice, he worked at the Law Reform Commission, serving as an Assistant Legal Officer during his national service.
