Giedrius Kabasinskas is a barrister with an interest in insurance law, contractual disputes and personal injury.
Prior to career at the Bar, Giedrius spent four years working for various Solicitors firms. Giedrius has obtained a substantive experience in Personal Injury litigation (three years acting for the claimants and one year for the defendants). Whilst working for solicitors firms he appeared before Masters of the High Court and in County Courts in interim applications and case management hearings.
During pupillage Giedrius was dealing with wide variety of insurance matters, ranging from personal injury claims, insurance recovery actions and a diverse range of high-value commercial matters. At second six he undertook briefs in his own name, including small claims trials, stage 3 hearings and interim applications.
Giedrius accepts instructions in all aspects of personal injury claims including disputes in credit hire claims.
Giedrius accepts instructions in emergency situations involving non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
