Introduction
In relation to his background, he has experience of mechanical engineering, concepts and design. He also has particular experience of construction disputes, including standard form contracts and drafting Scott Schedules.
He is an experienced advocate that has appeared in all Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal, with a number of cases being reported. He maintains knowledge of a number of disciplines that mutually benefit one another.

Member of the Personal Injury, Civil and Landlord & Tenant groups. Expertise in General Common Law, Contract and Commercial Disputes.
Aside from Court appearances, he has a considerable paper practice, drafting Statements of Case and advising upon merits and quantum.
Direct Access
Registered to take work on a direct access basis from professional bodies and persons other than solicitors.
