2006 Leading Defence Counsel in Inheritance tax Fraud one of the first prosecutions of it’s kind brought by HM Revenue and Customs. Over One Million pound fraud. Extensive International element. Issues of jurisdiction and fitness to plead.

Leading Counsel in trial of largest drug trafficking case in Dorset 2003/04. Junior Counsel in a 50 Defendant 6 month conspiracy to supply drugs trial in Oxford. Junior counsel in 3 month Fraud trial in Birmingham.

Appeared in leading cases on S206 Housing Act 1986 Appeals.
Extensive experience in presenting Anti Social Behaviour Orders. Acting as Counsel for five Local Authorities. Author of A.S.B.O. procedure guide with reference to Human Rights aspects of ASBO application.
