In recent years, Marc has developed a broad criminal practice, encompassing judicial review in the High Court, serious offences in the Crown Court and those in the Magistrates' Court. He has extensive experience both prosecuting and defending.
Recently been re-appointed to H.M. Attorney General's list to prosecute on behalf of the Crown. In 2005, he was appointed Junior Counsel to the Crown (Health and Safety Executive).
Marc is a regular contributor to "Atkin's Court Forms" published by Butterworths, recent titles being Auction, Bailment and Trespass to the Person. Trespass to the Person was most recently re-issued in 2007.
He is active in his Inn, having been Secretary of the Middle Temple Hall Committee for over 10 years. He is a founder member of Middle Temple Advocacy originally under the directorship of Michael Sherrard, C.B.E., Q.C. and a regular sponsor and trainer of students at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor Great Park.
