PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

He was advisor and advocate for the Motor Trade on Commercial disputes and Trading Standards Prosecutions. One of four legal advisors consulted by Mercedes Benz Dealerships in their legal challenge of the franchise agreements with Mercedes Benz UK Limited. 

Prior to practicing at the Bar he was a Principal Lecturer in Criminal Law and Contract for five years.
He was the youngest person to stand for Parliament in the 1987 general election.
