Rod is an experienced advocate with over 25 years call.  He now specialises in the following areas of Family law:

• Ancillary relief
• Children matters, including Private and Public law, in both County and High Court
• Injunctions

Rod also continues his criminal defence practice in the Crown Court.

Recent Trials include - Attempt Murder, Armed Robbery, Fraud, Rape and Conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

Rod's practice mainly involves the Western Circuit and London and the Home Counties but is always willing to travel further afield.

Extensive Crown Court and Court of Appeal experience. 
Ex Senior Crown Prosecutor – Dorset  
Approved by Law Society to provide courses for solicitors requiring CPD points.

Rod's Civil work entails - Fast Track Trials, Contract law, Building disputes and Personal Injury.

Sits as a Deputy District Judge
