King’s Bench Chambers is an established group of self employed Barristers based in the thriving town of Bournemouth. Chambers was formed in 1996 by a group of senior London barristers who were keen to establish a set that serviced the Bournemouth area and beyond. The idea appealed to others and Chambers rapidly grew, recruiting experienced practitioners from the South Coast, London, and from many other parts of the country.
Chambers has now grown to such an extent that it has a significant local presence and an increasing national reach. Members of Chambers regularly appear in Courts across Southern England and beyond.
Members of Chambers have particular expertise in cases involving criminal, civil and family disputes. Chambers provides a comprehensive service being prepared to handle cases from the smallest criminal remand to the most complex High Court or Court of Appeal case.
Clients are welcome to attend conferences with counsel in our modern premises that are well suited to those with disabilities. Alternatively members of Chambers are willing to travel for conferences at solicitor’s offices.
Members of Chambers are pleased to draft pleadings, advices and other documents. In urgent cases a round the clock advisory service can be provided.
Members of Chambers use modern technology to keep in touch with clients and clerks and also for library services. This enables our Barristers to work from locations all over the country while providing an efficient service to clients.
Chambers has the benefit of the services of many individuals who have a wide experience of employment both inside and outside the law and are able to bring these experiences to practice at the Bar.
Chambers prides itself on providing a friendly, efficient and prompt service to solicitors and lay clients. If we can be of assistance please contact our experienced clerking team who will be happy to help
